OUR APPROACH

We Value Our People and Staff

Our philosophy relies upon a strong people culture. Ownership of the brand is key to employee satisfaction and, thus, satisfied patrons.

At Shippy’s, we prioritize our employees, providing them with comprehensive training, attractive perks, and competitive compensation, all of which form the backbone of our values.

Similar to our other venture Coopers Beach Shack, our restaurants are staffed with the Hamptons’ most dedicated and well-trained individuals. We understand that an exceptional guest experience begins with our valued and passionate employees. That’s why we invest in our team. Our commitment to our employees ensures an unparalleled level of hospitality.

We are seeking new talent to join our team. If you have ever envisioned being part of an iconic Southampton institution with a startup mentality, we invite you to consider joining the Shippy’s family. As we reopen, we are focused on further enhancing our legendary kitchen staff, elevating our bartenders’ craft, and delivering outstanding front-of-house service. We also have exciting openings in various roles supporting our executive team. If you thrive in a dynamic, energetic environment and want to contribute to reshaping the most sought-after restaurant on the East End, we would love to hear from you.

Why WE Are successful

Commitment to quality and Staff

We  pride ourselves on our extensive food offerings that help provide an unparalleled experience. We have taken significant steps to elevate our offerings by producing all sausages, pickled vegetables, desserts, pastries, and sauces in-house, from scratch. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients and the highest level of quality. By preparing everything in-house, we have complete control over the sourcing and production process. This allows us to maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and overall dining experience. Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our menu, and our customers can taste the difference.
